1. Tour Bookings

Cancellation Timeframes

  • 30+ days before departure: 100% refund
  • 15-29 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

Note: Some tours may have specific cancellation policies that differ from these general terms.

2. Bus Tickets

Cancellation Rules

  • 24+ hours before departure: 100% refund
  • 12-23 hours before departure: 75% refund
  • 6-11 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 6 hours: No refund

Administrative fees may apply to all refunds.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide your booking reference number
  3. Explain the reason for cancellation
  4. Submit any required documentation

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.

5. Force Majeure
